TEMPOYA is built around genuine connections, mutual respect, consent and safer real-world meetings between adults. These Community Guidelines help keep the platform respectful and trustworthy.
Treat other members with dignity and respect. Do not threaten, intimidate, insult, bully, harass or deliberately humiliate others.
Every interaction must be based on mutual and voluntary consent. A match, message, meeting request or payment never creates consent for physical, romantic or sexual activity.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
TEMPOYA is strictly for people aged 18 and above. Do not attempt to create, operate or maintain an account for anyone under 18.
Do not impersonate another person or create misleading identities. Profile information and photographs should accurately represent you.
Do not create fake profiles, use stolen photographs, manipulate verification systems or deliberately mislead other members.
TEMPOYA must not be used to offer, request or arrange prostitution, sexual services, sexual exploitation, trafficking or coercive activities.
Do not repeatedly contact someone after they have declined, blocked or asked you to stop.
Unwanted sexual messages, threats, stalking and intimidation are prohibited.
Do not use TEMPOYA to deceive people, request money through fraudulent schemes, impersonate financial institutions or operate investment, loan or other scams.
Do not use TEMPOYA to arrange or facilitate illegal goods, illegal services, money laundering, trafficking or other unlawful activities.
Users are encouraged to choose public and appropriate meeting locations, especially for first meetings.
Never pressure another person to meet at a private or isolated location.
Do not publish, share, sell or misuse another person's phone number, address, private messages, photographs, identity documents or other personal information without appropriate permission.
Threatening to publish private photographs, conversations or personal information in order to obtain money, services or compliance is strictly prohibited.
Do not intentionally misrepresent your identity, availability, agreed meeting details or tariff in order to deceive another user.
Ratings and reports should be truthful and made in good faith. Do not submit false reports to harm another person or manipulate platform decisions.
Do not attempt to manipulate matching, verification, ratings, payments, referrals or other platform systems.
If you experience harassment, fraud, fake profiles, unsafe behaviour or another violation, use the available report and blocking features.
Use available safety features when appropriate, including safety contacts, safety check-ins and emergency features.
In an immediate emergency, contact your local emergency service. TEMPOYA is not a replacement for emergency services.
TEMPOYA may investigate reported violations and may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts where appropriate.
Serious violations may result in permanent account termination and may be referred to appropriate authorities where required by law.
TEMPOYA may update these Community Guidelines from time to time as the platform develops and applicable requirements change.
Remember: Real people deserve respect. Mutual interest is not consent. Payment is not consent. Everyone has the right to say no.
